Endodontics

Endodontics, commonly known as root canal treatment, is performed when the dental pulp is infected or inflamed. It preserves the natural tooth by removing infected tissue from inside the root.

The treatment is performed under local anaesthesia. The practitioner accesses the pulp chamber, cleans and disinfects the canals, then fills them with biocompatible material.

Every situation is unique. A personalised clinical examination is necessary to determine the most appropriate treatment.
