Paediatric Dentistry

Paediatric dentistry is the branch of dentistry dedicated to children. We pay particular attention to ensuring that every young patient feels at ease and confident during their visit.

Consultations can begin from the age of two and a half, although there is no minimum age. In particular, we follow the examinations recommended by the CNS: the DE2 (dental examination for children aged 30 to 36 months) and the DE3 (examination from 42 to 48 months).

It is important to accompany children from an early age so that they become used to dental visits and so that we can intervene early in cases of lack of space, lip incompetence, breathing problems or cavities, thereby avoiding unnecessary extractions. We also provide interceptive orthodontics to prevent future problems.

Care includes check-ups, fluoride application, fissure sealing, and the treatment of cavities on both milk teeth and permanent teeth.

Every situation is unique. A personalised clinical examination is necessary to determine the most appropriate treatment.
